To keep every project clear, efficient, and focused, we follow a structured working process.

Please read this page carefully before placing an order.

Step 1 — Choose your package

Select the package that fits your needs on the Packages page:

• The Introduction — simple visual presentation

• The Presence — full presentation with details

• The Collection — multiple visuals

• The Branding — kennel identity

If you are unsure which option to choose,
select The Presence.

Step 2 — Prepare your information

Before sending your details, please prepare the following:

• Dog pedigree name

• Dog home name (call name)

• Photo(s) of the dog or litter

• Pedigree details, titles, health tests (if applicable)

• Contact details to include (if applicable)

• Platforms needed (Facebook / Instagram / Stories)

Photo quality requirements

Please provide high-quality photos only.

• Photos should come from the original source
  (camera files or original digital files)

• Screenshots or photos downloaded from Facebook or social media
  are not suitable for design work

Image quality directly affects the final result.

Step 3 — Send all details by email

After purchasing the selected product from the Packages page,
please send all required information in one email to: info@illuence.com

Projects begin only after all information is received.

Step 4 — Design & refinement

Your design is created based on:

• the selected package

• the information provided

• the visual format chosen

Minor refinements are made if needed to ensure clarity and balance.

Step 5 — Delivery

• Delivery time: up to 3 working days

• Please note: Monday is a non-working day

• Files are delivered in PNG or JPG format

• Designs are delivered ready for use

License & copyright

All designs remain the intellectual property of Illuence / Graphics for Breeders.

By purchasing a design, you receive a non-exclusive licence to:

• publish the design on social media

• use the design on websites

• share the design digitally

You may not:

• edit or alter the design

• resell the design

• claim authorship or ownership

• use the design as a logo unless agreed separately

If you wish to add titles, details, or make changes at a later stage, please contact us separately.
