Design Terms & Policies

Please read these guidelines carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing any product or service from this website, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms below.

Photo Requirements

  • To ensure the best possible quality of your custom design:

  • Your photo must meet the specific requirements listed on the product page.

  • The photo must be clear, sharp, and well-lit.

  • No heavy filters, extreme grain, blur, or pixelation.

  • The subject (animal or person) must be fully visible and not obstructed.

  • Screenshots, heavily compressed files, or social-media downloads may not be usable.

  • If the photo you provide is too low quality, unclear, or does not meet the product’s requirements:

  • The project will be paused until a suitable photo is delivered, or

  • An additional fee may apply to continue working with the provided materials.

  • Providing a usable photo is the client’s responsibility.

Revisions Policy

  • Each product includes the number of revisions stated on its product page.

  • A “revision” means:

  • Small adjustments such as color tweaks, text edits, minor positioning changes.

  • A revision does not include:

  • Changing the entire concept

  • Replacing the original photo with a different one

  • Adding new elements not agreed upon at the start

  • Extra revisions or major changes may require an additional fee.

What Is Included

  • Each product lists exactly what you will receive (e.g., number of photos, file formats, print files, etc.).

  • Please check the specific product page for detailed information.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery time varies per product and is listed on each product page.

  • The delivery time starts after:

  • 1. A usable photo has been provided, and

  • 2. All required information has been submitted.

  • If materials are delayed, the delivery timeline will shift accordingly.

Communication

  • To complete your order smoothly:

  • Please respond within a reasonable time frame.

  • Provide all necessary details when requested.

  • Be clear about preferences before the project begins to avoid unnecessary revisions.

  • If communication stops for 7 days, the project may be marked as completed.

Additional Fees May Apply If

  • You request more revisions than included in the product

  • You want to use additional photos (beyond what the product includes)

  • Your photo requires extra editing due to poor quality

  • You request a concept change after work has started

  • You request a rush order

  • Any extra fees will always be discussed before continuing the work.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Because these are custom digital designs created specifically for you:

  • No refunds are provided once work has started.

  • No refunds are provided after final files are delivered.

  • If you wish to cancel before work begins, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not issued if:

  • You provide low-quality photos that cannot be used

  • You fail to provide the required information

  • You change your mind after the design process begins

Usage Rights

  • You receive personal or business use rights as stated on the specific product page.

  • Designs cannot be resold, redistributed, or edited by third parties unless explicitly allowed.
